GKS’s quality objectives is measurable and consistent with quality policy. The following is our quality objective  :

Customer satisfaction by achieving 75% mark from customer for  :

  • Quality of services (equipment and personnel performance)
  • Service delivery
  • Cost or inspection fees

OH&S POLICY AND OBJECTIVES

GKS committed to :

  • providing a safe and healthy working environment for employees, customers and community
  • continual improvement, through consultation and on going involvement, a safety program will be developed, implementation and monitoring
  • comply with current applicable OH&S legislation and with customer’s safety requirements
  • documented, implemented and maintained
  • communicate to all employees with the intent that employees are made aware of their individual OH&S obligation
  • available to interested parties
  • periodically review to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organization

GKS established and maintain documented OH&S objective, at each relevant function and level within the organization
The OH&S objective  :

  • Reduction of risk level to low risk
  • The introduction of additional features into the OH&S management system
  • The consistency of application
  • The elimination of the reduction in frequency of particular undesired incidents

The OH&S objective be communicated to relevant personnel, and be deployed through the OH&S management programs
